BLOM HAS SIGNED CONTRACT FOR DETECTION AND SURVEY OF WATER PIPES IN HONDURAS
Blom has signed a contract with Ministry of Finance of Honduras for the Autonomous Service of Aqueducts and Sewers (SANAA).
In Oct. – Nov. 1998, Hurricane Mitch caused the destruction of much of the existing information, documentation and mapping of water networks in the Capital City of Honduras.
This new contract deals with detection and resurvey of the water pipes in a part of the Capital Tegucigalpa in Honduras. The contract duration is expected to be eight months, with start-up at early beginning of 2011.
The contract is financed by the World Bank.
