BLOM PRESENTS INNOVATIVE MAPPING TECHNOLOGIES TO NORWEGIAN KING HARALD V

During May the 9th – 13th King Harald V and Queen Sonja made state visits to Slovenia and Croatia, during these visits the royal couple attended Mapping forums in Ljublana and Zagreb. Blom is a member of the local business delegation in both these countries and our representative Jan Sirotek was able to present Blom's innovated aerial survey technology.

Both events were organized by the Norwegian government scheme, Innovation Norway, in cooperation with Statens Kartverk and the local Mapping Agencies. These events were arranged as Norwegian funded projects, with participation from the Norwegian private sector, have a long and successful history in both Slovenia and Croatia. Jan Sirotek had the amazing opportunity to present Blom as a Norwegian corporation, which is the largest mapping company in Europe, to a wide audience that included King Harald V and Queen Sonja. Blom attended the meetings to support and promote our current business activities and continuing growth in the regions of Central and Eastern Europe.
